I am a small business owner and understand the importance of customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Ross Solar to anyone considering installing a solar system. My system has been working great without a glitch, we are enjoying the savings on our electric bill and the solar system has raised the value of our home. My only regret is I should have done this sooner. | Jon & Mona were wonderful to deal with - they communicated everything clearly and completely and they take great pride in their work. I love that they are a small, family owned business, who do the work themselves and hire their own employees, rather than contract out the various aspects of the job. They set the bar very high for themselves when they laid out their proposal to us and they absolutely met the bar. I am very happy with the solar panel manufacturing company they used for our solar panels and would recommend them as well. Jon and Mona have a complete understanding of the solar panel installation process, beginning with federal, state and local requirements and ending with working with the local utility companies and the SREC aggregators. They left nothing to chance and allowed us to rely entirely on their expertise and support from the first step in the proces to the last step and continuing today. I could not recommend BrightStar Solar any more highly. | Mass Renewables is an excellent contractor. They do the highest quality work. Our installation of PV panels was on an out-building which required underground conduit trenching and passage through another building at our site. This posed challenges for the contractor and the permitting process. Mass Renewables came up with a good electrical plan that answered all the building inspector`s questions. We are very satisfied customers! The secondary SREC incentive was instrumental in our decision to install the PV system. This is new and vital to encourage homeowners to install PV in Massachusetts. | Ross Solar was selected because I felt they offered a professional electrician that was properly trained and knew the industrial standards for PV installations. I was also impressed to know that Jason Ross was working with individuals that would make sure that the municipalities would establish the correct codes for this type of system. The incentive that was the deciding factor is that the monthly Lease expense was less than my average monthly bill from CL&P. I thought it was a good decision at the time to lease and I am still happy with this decision. | Mass Renewables installed a SolarEdge system due to shading issues. They came up with this solution after my initial request for micro-inverters. This was the first time they had installed this system vs. a traditional inverter-only system. This was outside their comfort zone but did an excellent job with the installation.
