| I was very please with the professional and organized methods of the work. We had a small problem with water overpressure. Mark made several visits and eventually corrected the problem. I especially liked his clear and easy-to-understand explanations. I anticipated a Pa rebate which has yet to materialize. Although I understood all along the we were at the tail end of the rebate incentives, I think I still expected to receive it. | We are very happy with our new solar panels. They work better than expected. Dana Diodati (sales rep.} has been extremely helpful and easy to reach throughout the process and after the installation had been completed. I would definitely recommend this company. I would also tell people that there is a big misunderstanding about affordability of the solar energy. Thank to availability of the new and less expensive technologies, they can reduce their energy budget while helping the environment. | Overall very satisfied. During the quotation process, I challenged them with coming up with a way of maximizing the available roofing area for my system, considering the East - West orientation of the roof as well as the existing thermal solar system already on the roof. I also challenged them with routing the piping directly into the house rather than running externally along the roof. They worked with me on it provided acceptable solutions.
